Love Comes Unexpectedly

Sometimes blessings come when you never expect it to come. Like the way you came into my life. I am thankful and so blessed to meet someone like you. You are worth the wait, my love. You filled my heart with so much joy and happiness. You have your flaws and imperfections but I still love you despite of it. You've been through a lot in life and I really admire of what kind of man you have become. I love the way you are and I will always fall in love with you no matter what. I can't find words to describe you but you are simply amazing. You surprise me everyday with your personality. You are funny and crazy but you are a man of wisdom. You are smarter than anyone else I have met. A piece of paper can't define you. Knowledge doesn't only comes from the book but your life experiences give you more intelligence. You are such a wonderful person, my love.      

It's still amazed me every time I think about how we met. Philippines and Italy are miles away. It's just so amazing that we are from different continent and we found each other. It's a big challenge to be in a long distance relationship. Love and trust will be tested. Loving someone from a distance, it's not easy but it gives us a reason to love harder. We can't promise tomorrow but I am looking forward to see my future with you... ♥♥♥

OkCupid, where everything has started!

Honestly speaking, I wasn't so interested in online dating sites until I saw my co-worker chatting with interesting people online (mostly men). I asked her how did she know these people. She told me that she joined some free online dating sites. Online dating sites..oops! Danger was the first thing that popped up in my mind. I heard a lot of various news about meeting someone from online dating. Most of them were really terrible. Besides, I was thinking that it was only for desperate people. 

Anyhow, my co-worker persuaded me to give it a try. Since, I was so bored and no one to talked to on my Facebook messenger, I found myself joining and making an account. I was so lazy to fill out the information needed. They asked so many details and you should even make a good self-summary. [ohh,well if you really want your profile to be mostly view, you should have a very interesting introduction.]

In short, I was able to make my account in OKC. I started to view some profiles. It was really impressive to read someone's profile but the danger was always come to my mind. I told myself to just strictly chat and make friends online but I would never meet them in person. Days have gone by, you would see some notifications on your account. It was really fun when someone viewed your profile. Oh! It means I got someone's attention. My account was flooded with views and messages but they didn't really excite me. Sometimes, you would just receive annoying messages. I have used it for few months. I chatted with a lawyer, a stage actor, a doctor and an engineer.  Ohh..the engineer was so cute [because he has chinky eyes] but so boring! He was just always busy at work and talking nonsense things. The doctor was helpful to give some advice to my father's situation [by the way, my father had a bypass surgery] but he was not my type. The stage actor was so serious and somehow interesting because we talked about Pilates [a kind of Yoga]. And lastly, the lawyer who was so cute too[again, this one has chinky eyes] but a pervert! I guess,I was right. Online dating was not my thing. 

Until one day [October 03, 2015], something caught my attention. Yeah right, 'something' because the place was interesting and beautiful. I came across to someone's profile and on his background photo was a greeny mountain. Since I love nature and travelling, I was the one who first sent him a message and asked him about the places he has been to.Thank you for this photo and this is how our journey of love has started....
